I got on the scale with trepidation again this week. (Damn those flowers! I was so romantic and mushy towards DB last night that we sat out on the porch and drank more wine than was probably advisable – well, 3 glasses but thats still a lot of points!)
But again, I was down!!! So I guess doing my best (or at least my “making a decent effort”) the rest of the week was enough. Although think how good my weigh in would have been without the wine…
Here are the stats:
This week’s loss/gain: -1.2 lb
Total loss/gain: -2.2 lb
Pounds to go to goal: 14.8 lbs
What worked: Tracking more consistently (although I still have a lot of half-tracked meals); packing lots and lots of fruits and veggies for work; trying to drink at least 2 Camelback bottles of water a day (64 ounces)
What didn’t: Indulging too much because I was feeling romantic; Not fully tracking my meals; Not tracking my BLTs (Bites, Licks, and Tastes) – I’m terrible about not counting the little nibbles I eat while packing lunches!!!
My goal for this week will be to fully track everything I eat. If I can manage it, I bet next week will be awesome.
