So, this week was certainly not a “good” week by Weight Watchers standards, but hey – I was on vacation! And, all things considered, it wasn’t as bad as it could have been.
Here are the stats:
Current Weight: 170.4
This week’s loss/gain: +0.8 lb
Total loss/gain: -1.6 lb
Pounds to go to goal: 15.4 lbs
What worked: Cooking meals for ourselves at our amazing cabin rather than eating out for every meal. (We saved money and calories!)
What didn’t: Not tracking a single bite the entire week; drinking lots of beer in Asheville.
I’m trying something new this week, but I don’t want to tell you about it unless it works! So check back next Wednesday to see how the great experiment goes…
