Can I have a mulligan?

Obviously, round 2 of Whole30/Couch-to-5K did not get off to a very successful start.

So I’m going to swallow my pride, admit that I crashed and burned, and try it again.

I’ve got a lunchbox full of Whole30-compliant food and a plan to lace up my running shoes after work.

Sigh. I guess I’m human after all…
