Father’s Day Gift

As you all know, we recently switched LB from a commercial daycare center to an in-home daycare center. There have been oodles of benefits (which I should really post about at some point) but one that made my and the DreadBrewer’s day this Father’s Day was the definite upgrade in crafts.

This is the absolutely awesome Father’s Day gift that L helped the Littlest Brewster make her daddy:

Fathers Day 2013

It’s a far cry from the stuff one usually gets sent home from school and we both love it. DB’s plan is to hang the canvas in his office. It makes me kind of sad that we didn’t switch the Littlest Brewster until after Mother’s Day. 😛

L did admit that the project was more time consuming than she had originally intended, which is usually the case with any art project I undertake as well. Luckily, she has almost 11 whole months to start working on next Mother’s Day project!

  1. Umm, I am beyond jealous. This makes my little Father’s Day fingerpaintings from Ella look even more pathetic. Also, I’m totally stealing this idea for his birthday next month.

I love comments! Feel free to leave one!
