This is it, y’all. My last weekly check in for weight. I’ll still want (and need) to check in perhaps monthly, but I really appreciate all of you sticking with me through this journey. There is no way I could have gotten here without you!
Last week was good. I stayed on track, exercised, lived as healthfully as I could. Okay, well, maybe not that last bit. There was definitely some Ben & Jerry’s consumed a few nights. But just a little bit!
My weight stayed the same, which is awesome. I have noticed I’m getting a little lax about tracking, which I need to nip in the bud before it gets out of hand. I mean, I amgetting a little sick of tracking every little bite, but complacency is how I put on all the weight in the first place. (Complacency and beer. Let’s be honest here.) So I’m trying to just stay in the groove and pre-track as much as I can, something that definitely makes things easier.
After all my grand plans for strength training, I didn’t do it again until this morning. I am going to try to get it in at least one more time this week, but we’ll see. It doesn’t give me the same good feeling as a sweaty cardio session, which is why I’m not as into it. But it’s important, so I darn well better do it.
Anyway. So thank you all again for your support! And look for a check in every once in awhile, just to keep me accountable!
