Back On The Wagon – Week 3

Back on the wagon? Not even close!

This past week has been so all over the place that I am ashamed to say I didn’t even log onto MFP most days. I didn’t run at all and I only went for a walk once. I ate with wild abandon. In short, I was as far from back on the wagon as it was possible to be.

In my defense, I was dealing with an acute (and thankfully short lived) bout of plantar fascitis, 2 child and 1 adult fevers (none of them mine, again thankfully), 1 epic beer spill that ruined my phone, all sorts of crazy job situations, an extended visit from my Aunt Meme and shorter visits from my dad, Mike, Sarah, Alex and Ben, and working on deciding whether or not to switch daycare centers for the girls.

Which is why I’m not even counting this mornings weigh-in (though I did it) and I’m certainly not sharing it with you. (It was 164… 😦 )

So what’s the plan for this week? Well, the plan is get my butt back on the wagon, damnit!

Since my foot is feeling better, I will be going out for a run tomorrow morning and also on Saturday and Tuesday. This is my last week of maternity leave (!!!!), so I’m going to seize the opportunity to take BIT for daily walks as well.

And I’m just going to do my best to eat well and reasonably.

And hopefully undo the damage from the last 7 days.

Sigh. Here we go again…
